Work/Life Balance is important to us at Organic Recruiting. We enjoy spending time with our families and believe that you should have enough time outside of work to spend time with yours. We recommend doing at least 20 minutes of exercise daily in addition to 20 minutes of meditation. Life is short and one way to increase your job satisfaction (and life satisfaction) is to maintain a healthy work/life balance.
