Organic Candidates
Who is an Organic Candidate?

Organic Candidates are socially responsible business professionals with a desire to make a difference.  They have excellent credentials, impeccable resumes and outstanding references.  They are "up and comers" and are interested in challenging opportunities with growing, socially responsible companies.

At Organic Recruiting, we believe that diversity is of great value and we strive to find candidates from diverse backgrounds whenever possible.

This is aligned with our committment to being socially responsible.
Work/Life Balance is important to us at Organic Recruiting.  We enjoy spending time with our families and believe that you should have enough time outside of work to spend time with yours.

We recommend doing at least 20 minutes of exercise daily in addition to 20 minutes of meditation.  Life is short and one way to increase your job satisfaction (and life satisfaction) is to maintain a healthy work/life balance.
Personal and professional growth and development are the key to success in your career and in your life.  Don't get stuck in a rut!  If you have been at the same position with the same company for more than 5 years, it's time to move on unless it's YOUR company in which case you should call Organic Recruiting to find great candidates to work for you.

Many employers offer tuition reimbursement but even if they don't, getting an MBA or a CPA will be invaluable to your career and will enhance your chances of being placed as well as your earning potential throughout your career.  There are certifications that may also help you to edge out another candidate for a position that you are both being considered for.

Taking a personal growth course can increase your chances of being offered a job in addition to increasing your job satisfaction.  Personal growth courses can help you to boost your confidence and develop leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.  You may even rediscover your passion for what you do or become inspired to make a difference with a new opportunity.
